Refund & Return Policy – Amazing Buys

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

  • You must request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Clearance or final sale items


2. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with instructions and a return shipping address.

  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.


3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 07 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (e.g., wrong size or color), please contact us first.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photos.
We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you.
